Labcorp of Columbia, NJ: PATHETIC. I was there a year ago and treated so poorly, I left without getting blood drawn. Fast forward to today, my spouse went there at 7:30am, was the first one there sitting in a half lit room for more than 45 minutes, and NO ONE SHOWED UP. There were several others there waiting as well. STAY AWAY.
I have used this Labcorp at least 3 times. Since they opened, this is the only Labcorp I go to since it is closest to my home. Always treated kindly by the staff. Never have had to wait for more than 15 minutes. Usually no wait at all because most of the time no one else is there when I go. Blood draw is done gently - I have no pain tolerance, but have never been hurt by them. Highly recommend this office.
I had a question and left 3 separate messages which no one returned. Went for blood work today. Place is supposed to open at 7:30. At 8:15 still no one was there. Had to go to Hackettstown where there were 12 people in front of me. Now I'm hugely late for work
Very friendly and cordial staff and the waiting room is not a reason for a negative review.
