Lab Corp sent me a sample box to use and send back, was not told who ordered it after asking and if my insurance covered it or not . I am very low income and they want over $400.00 from me.
I am absolutely devastated by the experience I just had with LabCorp. I went in recently for a blood draw that left me violently sick — I was shaking, dizzy, and severely unwell after they took an excessive amount of blood from me. I pushed through the appointment because I’m chronically ill and desperately trying to get answers. Today, I was contacted and told that all of my blood is being discarded because my “account is closed” and my doctor “no longer works with them.” No one told me this beforehand. Very unprofessional, their hours on google AS WELL as on their recorded phone line when you call gives false hours. On the recorded phone line it says drug screenings until 3 I took time off work and drove a long way just to find out the times on there are wrong and they said they are aware
