The service was very fast when I scheduled ahead, I was in and out in five minutes! Staff were nice and friendly, and the phlebotomist drawing my blood was quick and as painless with the needle as possible. Good experience!
Price is far less than hospital labs. Patient portal gives me access to the results to keep track of and ask questions for my doctor.
They were unhelpful, unsympathetic and screwed up me paper work. After waiting half an hour for my standing order they told me they could nor find it or me in the system. I have been there several times and previously was told that anearlier order expired. That time they helped me contact my physician and get a current order. No help this time. The front desk receptionist is absolutely terrible. Possibly the rudest individual I have ever met. I do not leave negative comments and rarely feel the urge to do so. I have had two interactions with her and both times left feeling miserable. I don’t know if she is just having a rough time or what the deal is. However, someone needs to talk to her. Her customer service is down right degrading. She wasn’t wearing a name badge or else I would include her name in the review. Awful experience…
I had a referral for labwork, showed up without appointment Friday morning, because couldn’t figure out how to make it online. Had no problem, everyone was nice and everything was done very quickly. You have to register at the kiosk first. You do need an ID, but if you have a referral you can just put all your information and they will be able to pull it up. Also notice that you DO need appointment for a drug test, so it’s always better to call, if it’s not a routine lab-work.
