really need work on customer service, I get the feeling like the staff person hates her job, customers are an intrusion on her day, she seems to operate from entitlement
Such a positive atmosphere. Such great aura you had thank you so much. This is one of my favorite Labcorps. So clean inside and she did my blood so quickly. Just like a professional.
For all the negative reviews, this is one lady who was doing a lot. She is by far the best labcorp representative. I've never had anyone draw blood as well as she has. Sure, the wait can sometimes be longer than expected, but it doesn't compare to any of the other LOCAL businesses. She had a very warming personality and did her job well. Now it's temporarily closed and where are all you negative reviewers going to go next? Mercy hospital? It's nothing but a nightmare there and way more expen$$$ive! Good luck.
