Arrived on Saturday for a scheduled appointments for my four eldest kiddos. While it did take them 30 minutes to get us back after our scheduled time, once we were back we got a wonderful phlebotomist. Ms. Lisa B. was professional, compassionate, and understanding of my needs as a mother trying to get blood draws for four children. She was also very competent and was able to get all the vials needed with one stick for each kiddo and no bruising. Prepare to take most of your day up even for simple things such as a specimen drop off. The front desk people are absolutely rude and clearly do not want to be bothered. Its always packed in here and slow moving. Better staffing would help this place immensely.
Soooo low,, it needs to be another way to get patient seen..
I had the WORST experience this morning. Safe to say I won't be returning.
