The online scheduling service is non-functional. The phone answering system is awful.
Place is awful! Had an appt at 8:35 2?hour wait! Whole staff should be fired! Calling Lab Corp headquarters. This place is not managed well at all!
Arrived on Saturday for a scheduled appointments for my four eldest kiddos. While it did take them 30 minutes to get us back after our scheduled time, once we were back we got a wonderful phlebotomist. Ms. Lisa B. was professional, compassionate, and understanding of my needs as a mother trying to get blood draws for four children. She was also very competent and was able to get all the vials needed with one stick for each kiddo and no bruising.
