I had an appointment, but the waiting time was extremely long, almost 2 hours despite being scheduled. The front desk staff needs improvement in professionalism and how they speak to customers , as the interaction felt disrespectful and dismissive. This location would benefit from better customer service and more efficient appointment management

Terrible experience. They lost my sample and customer service keeps hanging up on me. No hope of getting a refund.
Rude, did not accept cash payment from me, but did so from other, Im not sure why TLC have to have contract with LabCorp, the stuffs very disrespectful treating us like prisoners, 311 should get that complaint
