Worst experience ever, she had gloves on, already about drawing my blood, her phone rang, and she still picked with gloves on and cotton swabs on her hand. She was also entirely rude prior to her attending to me, she had me seat and wait while on a call laughing. I was too sick to say anything I just shook my head. Never going back. After seeing other reviews online esp her, it just shows she’s been doing this. she honestly needs to be laid off.
3 stars because the woman who took my blood did it nicely and it did not hurt me. Otherwise, I'd rank this place 2 stars due to only 1 person working (longer wait time), and lack of physical instructions for my take home tests for which I am now having to search for on Google.
I visited this location on 5/12. Robin did an excellent job managing the front and back in addition to performing labs. Despite being the only employee due to short staffing, she was knowledgeable, pleasant, and hard working. Apparently this was her first week of work at this location and she handled everything with ease and professionalism. As a fellow healthcare professional, I would suggest only accepting appointments only when there are staff shortages to ensure both patient and staff satisfaction.
this lady has the WORST customer service. She is extremely rude and crude & has no manners. Said “it’s not her job to be nice to people” someone needs to get this lady in check and tell her that IS in fact her job to be kind to people especially in this industry!!! No excuse for her behavior and this is the second time I’ve encountered her and its absolutely horrible.
Ashley is very professional and kind I enjoy going to kindred way. My whole family goes there now she makes you feel comfortable and before you know it your done.
