Location is way overbooked. No point in making an appointment just walk in cause you're not getting your time anyways here
Got checked in and let me wait 40 mins after 40 mins sent them my order through email and they now say they are closed and they cannot download the order and have to come back again after waiting for 1 hour
Very crowded at 830 am on a Saturday. I tried to check in using the kiosk and entered all information. The kiosk then froze. I asked the person at the front desk if they could help and they said no. They told me to use a different kiosk. I would not go here again.
I would give this Labcorp location negative stars if that were possible. Before the blood draw, the front desk assured me that they were qualified to handle pediatric patients. However, they clearly did not have the necessary experience working with infants. They stuck my baby twice and were still unable to draw the required blood. After that, they told us to go to a hospital or “come back when the baby is older.” These were doctor-ordered blood tests that needed to be done that day.
