My 14 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER came to get bloodwork done and I asked the woman drawing labs if she had experience with babies and she said "no" and that she would find someone who was. A few minutes later SHE came back and started to get do my daughter's draw. She didn't say anything about why she is doing the the dar herself. Okay, I let that one go. The women at the desk always seem annoyed to help you. It's very uncomfortable. The wait times are ridiculously long. I've never waited less than an hour to be called back even with an appointment.
They have “automated” check-in to the point that no one will look at you. The management must require strict time limits. The kiosks are unhelpful. I’ve always had good experiences with the people drawing the blood but the front end isn’t bad service, it is no service. The kiosks forced me into a different appointment time without my consent and no one to talk to about it.
Everyone was friendly and phlebotomist was skilled. BUT, I have no idea why they take appointments. I arrived 5 minutes early, and was seen over 30 minutes after my appointment time. Full waiting room when I arrived. This was my third attempt and same result every time.
Checked in at 7am and was told there was an hour and a half wait. I left. Why did I bother making an appointment for a fasting blood draw first thing in the morning? Clearly the office was overbooked. Just turn people away instead of yanking them around.
