I had a very disappointing experience at the reception. The staff showed very little patient the with customers and came across as rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to assist, they seemed irritated by basic questions. Good customer service starts at the front desk, and unfortunately, this was far from acceptable. I hope management takes steps to improve the attitude and professionalism of their reception team.

The main concern here is the parking, a few spots and always in crowed...the line run fast but with the parking have pacience..
