We had a wonderful experience at Labcorp. Bringing a 1-year-old in for blood work can be stressful for any parent, but the staff was incredibly patient, gentle, and professional throughout the entire process. They drew my child’s blood seamlessly and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. I truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend this location for pediatric blood work!
Very unfriendly personnel with poor customer service! The front desk person rudely answered the patient who politely asked a simple question and could barely turn her head because she was in pain. On top of that, I had to wait for over 1 hour past my appointment time.
I was scheduled for an appointment at 845. I arrived at 845. When I walked in there was 2 people waiting in line at the front desk. I stood back and soon realized this was going to be a minute when I turned around to take a seat I noticed the kiosk machine and went ahead and checked in on there. It was now 10 mins later and noticed people being called except myself so I went to the front desk to confirm I checked in properly at the kiosk.
