Fast and friendly!
Arrived around 1:30 PM at this LabCorp without an appointment booked, with the lab test paper from my doctor + ID on hand, and I was immediately greeted and asked how they could help. Check-in is streamlined via a kiosk (I personally prefer this, I can enter all my information fairly fast), which I was also assisted with since it may be initially confusing. The front desk lady was very rude and short with everyone that came in. Bought my friend in for a preemployment drug screen and I could not believe the way she talked to the 3 people that came in. The facility itself is nice - because it's fairly new. I have had 2 experiences at this facility. The first time was great - there was a very polite and professional phlebotomist and she used a butterfly needle because small veins. The second time I went, recently, there were new people. It was disorganized and the person at the front (who also drew my blood) was extremely rude. No eye contact at all. And I asked her to use the butterfly needle - she didn't respond at all. I showed up to do a drug test on a Friday. She told me they didn't have the equipment to do the test. I didn't have enough time to get to another location. Sure is weird that you can't get a drug test there when their website says they can.
