Made an appointment weeks ago for tomorrow morning. Decided to read reviews just to read that no one actually works here. So I called to confirm appointment to have a recording tell me this place is temporarily closed please find another LabCorp location.
The technician had excellent technique.
Showed up at 8:10 am. for fasting labs. Posted hours on website were for 8 am daily updated 4 weeks ago. Another client was waiting, said they were closed. Dark inside, no note. Three other clients showed up to the same thing. After reading some other reviews, looks like it is their habit. Bad for business in a town that has limited medical options!
I scheduled an appointment, I didn't have to wait long and the staff were very professional. Happy to have this lab in our area.
Made 2 appointments, office was closed each time. The sign posted on the door even said they were supposed to be open. Waited and no one ever came. Called a few times that week and no one ever called back. Huge lack of communication. Had to do my labs somewhere else.
