I have to say - I had a very positive experience here. Yes, there is an issue with staffing and waiting- but the customer service was great, and the staff made it a hustle free experience for me.

The reviews for this location are so bad that I almost went into Manhattan for my simple, routine bloodwork. I'm very happy I didn't, and went to this location instead, as my experience was wonderful. Both technicians I interacted with were polite and professional. The technician who drew my blood was perfect: efficient and gentle. I went mid-week in August, early in the morning. Maybe that's key: get in early for less of a wait. Office was closed at 7:15am and the sign on the door says it opens it 7am. They owe me $5.80 for my subway ride. What a joke!
