I am glad that I didn't pay attention to the review, the woman working in the front desk was able to find my vein and get blood for my tests in one shot. A lot of people have difficulty doing this, but she didn't, a pro!!! hopefully I keep going back
I was bringing in my son for a blood draw. I was very nervous because he has autism and generally does not take too well to needles. However, the staff on duty, Melisha and Loyda (sorry if I misspelled your name!), we're incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. My son immediately relaxed and shockingly had his blood drawn without any major reactions! Efficient, polite, professional. I was concerned about coming here after reading some brutal reviews. While the place does appear to be understaffed, the two women who apparently run everything that happens here were kind, patient, and very good at what they do.
