I was apprehensive about coming here because of the rating, but the staff I interacted with were kind and professional. They had an angry patient come in while I was there, and they de-escalated well.
Helen and Valerie are the best. I’ve been to this location several times, and every experience has been quick and painless.
I have to say - I had a very positive experience here. Yes, there is an issue with staffing and waiting- but the customer service was great, and the staff made it a hustle free experience for me.
Was scared to go here based on the other reviews but my tech, Samantha, was awesome today. She is kind, professional, and funny. Thank you, Samantha.
