I never had problems going here for blood work but this last time about a month ago was a one star experience. They always use a butterfly needle to get my blood because I have difficult veins but the tech insisted on using a regular needle. When the vein became difficult she just dug in and really hurt me. I think she hit a nerve. My arm and hand is still bothering me after a month. If I ever go back, I will make sure I do not get her. Easy check-in. Phlebotomist was super nice. In and out much quicker than I thought would happen.
Not for Employment Drug Screening! Even though you may have googled and it said that this location does pre-employment drug screening they do not! Only Woods Lake location.
So, I have anxiety from past trauma having blood drawn and IVs. I just have to say T'Andra ( I hope I am spelling her name correctly) is FANTASTIC!! I truly did not even feel the stick. She is the best phlebotomist I have ever had!! 👏👏👏 Brava!!!
These ladies are effecient and practical and very very patient. 10/10.
