Ursula was amazing! She was kind and completed my bloodwork quickly. I made an appointment ahead of time and was seen very quickly.
Do NOT bring babies here!!! I came to get my bloodwork drawn and there was a baby crying in the nearby room. A nurse told me that the phlebotomist had been trying to get blood of a 6 day old baby for OVER a half hour but the baby was so DEHYDRATED they couldnt get more out even though they were STILL trying. They were not using a heel stick (dr order or not thats idiotic) and using a needle on a not even one week old baby. Andrea I think I have her name correct. She is a beautiful soul with long black hair. Im sorry if I dont have the name correct. She was awesome. She help me get in as quickly as possible considering my phone was about to die and im not to quick on sending things from my phone. They were super busy and not one time did she ever catch a attitude. I know I have gotten that from other offices especially close to closing time. I never had problems going here for blood work but this last time about a month ago was a one star experience. They always use a butterfly needle to get my blood because I have difficult veins but the tech insisted on using a regular needle. When the vein became difficult she just dug in and really hurt me. I think she hit a nerve. My arm and hand is still bothering me after a month. If I ever go back, I will make sure I do not get her.
