We had a very unfortunate interaction at Labcorp this morning where we were turned away by a front desk employee working at 9:00 am on 2/20/2026. I made an appointment for my mom to do a Standard Health Test. My mom doesn't have insurance, we were prepared to pay out of pocket. The front desk staff shouted my mom's name into the waiting room and then "Script. Script. Where's your script?" This place is wonderful and so are the people working there. Also Very clean. I was so happy with every part of my visit.
Today the services suck, I've been waiting for 20 minutes in the waiting room. I signed at 700am and had asked the young lady at the desk why all these people going in front of me, I know all don't have a appt. She rolled in here 10 mins after 7am. Please don't give me attitude lady. I've never experienced this in the East Patchogue site. Still in the waiting room at 7:30am unbelievable 🤦🏾♀️
Front desk lady with dark hair was lazy and didn’t want to help with check in they have a sign happy to assist doesn’t seem much like it tho…. That’s why the screen is punched out bc it’s annoying. Thanks for no help🙃
I came here for my TLC renewal drug test and had a great experience. The service was excellent — very little wait time and the process was smooth. Diana was especially wonderful — professional, kind, and made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciate how organized and efficient the staff were. Highly recommend this LabCorp location!
