Great Customer Empathy _ Sarcasm.
I have been to the Benton Labcorp three times in the last three months, I've had a different phlebotomist each time and have nothing but RAVES to speak of this location! As someone who does not do well with blood draws, these ladies only ever need to stick me ONCE and are so comforting and positive!! The entire staff here is awesome!
I showed up and there was just r&b music echoing from the back, after waiting 15 minutes I decided to call out just for them to refuse to test me. I showed them the DOT document with the reference number they asked for to no avail.
I went in for a simple urine test for getting a new job. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. Non-professional very rude. If I have to do another one I will not be going back to benton. Nor will I use LabCorp
Wish I could give it less than one star. Do not go here. Rude staff, outrageous policies. If you’re not sure that you can provide a sample for a drug screen they won’t even let you try and tell you that you have to wait in the lobby for three hours.
