Why make an appointment if you still have to wait 2 hours past your time? I was told I was lucky it wasn't longer. All the ladies there try to be as rude as possible to everyone that walks in the door.
Checked in at 4:42pm for a urine test. Sat there until I got called back at 5:50pm just for them to tell me they stop doing urines at 4pm. I called the manager Tawnya to make a complaint that no one told me at check in & let me sit there for an hour, and she blatantly lied to me and said it’s posted on the door & the website that they stop doing urines at 4pm. My appointment was at 12:30 for lab work. I arrived and checked in at 12:15 and clicked the option to remain in Car. I received a text message saying to go to the waiting area at 12:32 which I went right in from the parking lot I waited over 40 minutes before noticing that people that came in behind me were getting taken back without appointments and I asked the tech what was going on with my appointment. Had appointment, idk why appointment times seem to not be on time. Makes it hard on techs
Made an appointment and was taken care of at that time by Cindy. She was very good and friendly. I’ve never had a time that I had to wait with an appointment. So if you can, make an appointment. When you walk in, have your drivers license or state ID available to scan in the check-in machine. After scanning, follow the prompts and answer the questions.
