Extremely frustrating experience at Labcorp this morning. Please DO NOT advertise that you accept walk-ins if you are not actually prepared to accommodate them in a reasonable and organized manner. I arrived at 7:30 AM, before the location even opened, and I was the FIRST person in line. I had just finished working a 12-hour shift, so I specifically made the effort to get there early because I needed to get my lab work done and thought being there first would allow me to be seen sooner. Still not a fan of no receptionist however I had a completely different experience at this location compared to the South Bend location. Everyone was helpful and very nice. Had me back within 3 min of checking in. Will definitely return to this location

African American lady there is rude and rough with needle don't go there and wait time is long too
Why make an appointment if you still have to wait 2 hours past your time? I was told I was lucky it wasn't longer. All the ladies there try to be as rude as possible to everyone that walks in the door.
