This place has improved since I was there last. I used to dread dropping off specimens because the staff were so rude. At least in dropping off a specimen this time, I was not made to feel like an inconvenience.

My wife had a employment drug test done and we've never gone through this place before. This is the most unprofessional place we have been to, and I work in Healthcare. The staff are incredibly rude to their patients. Every time someone knocks on the door they all yell about "who's knocking on that dang door again??" And act like you are an inconvenience to them for even being there. Let alone the wait time was horrendous for a simple drug test. Everyone was nice but the phlebotomist didn't sanitize the area with alcohol wipe before the drawing. My PCP and I are very concerned about this. This can cause serious problems like infection. Very dangerous. I really loved the personality of the phlebotomist. She was very kind and caring but if you get infection after blood work, the personality doesn't matter.

Unfortunately, had a terrible experience here. I waited over an hour and had to shift my work schedule around (which luckily I have the flexibility to do). I was then called back and the phlebotomist was horrendous. It hurt, I was bruised for days, and I bled like crazy. Not only that, the other employee who was sitting down and taking my paperwork not only pried into the labs I was having done, but then made some wildly insensitive comments to me.
