If I could give a negative number of stars I would do that. My visit began with an employee standing outside the office on what appeared to be a personal phone conversation. She did not quickly end the call and come to greet me. I entered the office and found not one employee there to assist me. I signed in using the automated kiosk. The woman working was very rude and dismissive, and was on a personal phone call for my entire visit (check in / while drawing my blood). Also when I received the results, there were false urinalysis results listed, as she never asked me to submit any urine specimen. This Labcorp is unprofessional and untrustworthy.
The only Labcorp in the area I now go to. Yessenia is so efficient and personable and even if there is a wait it is never as long as it may seem.
