The phlebotomists have overall been professional. The receptionists, when available are sometimes reluctant to help at check-in. Once a customer in line offered to help because the lady working at the front. My last visit I walked in and time the lady working at the front I'd need help. When it was my turn she very unprofessionally Gave me the third degree about my disability and the inability to see a screen. Then berated me for not bringing the person that drove me.
While I have had great experiences with the staff and past early check-ins lately I’ve been having issues. The app won’t proceed beyond the sign in page and the website hasn’t been loading. This is the second time this has happened.
This place has average service. They are not overly friendly. The largest issue I have with them is no reception and the expectation by staff and company that ever person entering is sighted. At least Quest will let you know though a repeating loop that someone will help you if you put three fingers on their screen.
