Lost my urine sample and didn’t even bother following up!
Long wait times. They clearly overbook. They allow both appointments and walk in’s so it’s chaotic with no idea where you are in the wait line. The front desk person is also a person who draws the blood. So the front desk is often unattended and you get no guidance as to your status.
I did like the staff at this location. I didn't like that my test results came out inaccurate.
