Incredibly inept front desk staff, people left sitting in the waiting room for more than an hour after they opened, EVERY single encounter with staff is rude, ESPECIALLY the front desk staff. When I was having my blood drawn I can clearly overhear the staff collecting blood draws complaining and talking crap. Infuriating place to have to have lab work done.
I've had 5-6 blood draws over the last few years and they've always been pleasant and quick which is nice because I'm a difficult draw. Since it's walk in M-F wait times can vary but it's never been too long for me.
Joyce drew my blood today and it was painless. She didn’t even leave a bruise on my arm. She was friendly and pleasant and polite
