I wish I could give a ZERO star review, this place is an absolute nightmare to go to, there is never anyone at the front desk to ask anything, I went there to drop off a sample which they have absolutely no info on how to do, I waited 10 minutes until one older lady who works there went to call on a patient, I politely came up and said excuse me to ask a question, she rolled her eyes at me and didn’t even look me in the face, told me that I had to check in and wait, I did what she told me and proceeded to wait 40 minutes wit... read more
My daughters provider ordered STAT blood work. She went in at 8am ... Called at 2pm because she hasn't heard anything and was told it was 'in process' and to call back at 3... Called back at 3:15 and was told it hasn't even arrived in Seattle yet and yelm LabCorp changed the order from STAT to same day. A lab has absolutely NO right to change orders from a provider..... Lesson learned and will no longer go to that location! That's just horrible to do to a person and on a Friday!
Their check in process is annoying
Very courteous staff
Incredibly inept front desk staff, people left sitting in the waiting room for more than an hour after they opened, EVERY single encounter with staff is rude, ESPECIALLY the front desk staff. When I was having my blood drawn I can clearly overhear the staff collecting blood draws complaining and talking crap. Infuriating place to have to have lab work done.
