Services for local patients only. Not a real lab
Walk-ins - Yes! Walk-ins - No! Depends on who is working and if they want to do anything that day! If you have a name like Steven and the doctor writes, Steve, on your order, you're SOL, after you've waited hours. Worst customer service on the planet. They are just lockstep with this hospital, and they do not care. Go to any other place if you at all can!!!
This labcorp only does blood draws by appointment, even though the labcorp website says they do walk ins…..then they tell you they are there only for NorthEastern primary care physicians, so I’m not sure why they are affiliated with labcorp at all. Don’t waste your time if your primary care physician isn’t at NorthEastern.
