Whatever you see online on review don’t believe it. These reviews are what happend in pst . The current staff and the person at front desk are way polite than u know off. I had an appointment at 1 they opened door at 12:30 . Once i went in the front office person was sweet . During test she was willing to talk to patient just to distract them. I would rate this place 6 . But for now 5 is what i can do. Don’t judge a book by its cover and a place by its reviews. Thank you for the help.
This Labcorp location has posted hours of operation on their door as 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. We arrived at 7:25 AM for a 7:30 AM appointment, but no one was there. We called, and there was no answer—no staff inside during their stated hours. Why confirm appointments if no one is working during operating hours? If I could give zero stars, I would.
Joi was the best. Super nice and professional. The place is very clean as well.
Went (without an appointment) at 1:00…waited until2:00 with no updates. Was the only one waiting. The girl at the front says “we will get you in as soon as we can”, clearly saying that it was going to be a long time without saying that. Disappeared from behind the desk and didn’t return for an hour. When she finally called me back, she basically implied that since I didn’t have an appointment their process is that it could be anywhere from 15 minute wait until an hour. I had scheduled an appointment for 10 in the morning and I got there a few minutes late but when I went to the door it was locked. I thought maybe it was a security issue or something so I still checked in on the app since it was 10:07. I even looked up the customer service number to that particular office and no one answered. I then called the statewide customer service and let them know what was happening they transferred me to a customer service representative in California and that lady was no help at all.
