Best experience I’ve ever had! I have carried a big fear of needles ever since I was little and have always struggled with getting my bloodwork done. This morning I came in to do some bloodwork and just could not. Thankfully both the phlebotomist and the receptionist were the kindest people I’ve ever met. Talked me through the whole process and eased my discomfort. The receptionist even offered to hold my hand. All without making me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. Truly amazing people!!
