Wait times have becomes horrible. 30+ min after your appointment slot, or 1hr+ without an appointment. What's worse is there they have new employee who are doing everything they can to turn people away, despite having appointments. I personally saw 3 people turned away for different reasons in the same week. Doctor didn't digitally send over the order ahead of time, but you have it printed out and physically with you? I had one of the best experiences ever at this location. My appointment went seamless and the lab tech that took care of me was so kind and gentle. I left there very happy and content. A week later I noticed I cannot find my watch anywhere, and I recalled that I had taken it off during my lab appointment. Not only is this watch extremely Expensive but it also had a sentimental value to me that was worth so much more. I took the chance and went back to the location to see if I possibly left it there. My review has nothing to do with the people who work here. It is just to do with the wait time. Front desk said all walkins will be waiting about 2 hours before being processed. I’m sure the reviews will start tanking soon for this location. People can barely even stand in the waiting area it’s so crowded
The people at LabCorp are amazing. They are so friendly and helpful, with a cancer diagnosis and having to come in frequently for bloodwork, it is so uplifting to be met with a smile and a caring voice. And they are also very professional and experienced, drawing on the first try. On one appointment, I had 11 vials that had to be taken. The technician was able to get all of them from one stick and no after bruising! Thank you for all you do!
No question the best labcorp place I’ve ever been to. Simple, fast, and everyone is nice and knows what they’re doing
