They did not call me back until 30 minutes past my appointment time.
These 5 stars are for Kaliek and Emily. The building itself is very small and the waiting area is crammed. The parking is awful also, but Kaliek was so patient and kind, so gentle with the needle and hit the vein the first time spot on He’s there every single time I go in. He needs more help and to be able to take breaks though 🥺 I could hear his stomach growling from where I was sitting. Give this man a raise and consistent breaks! Severely understaffed and phlebotomist move very slow.We have 10 people waiting , the phlebotomist/receptionist grand daughter came in and just jumped the line in front of everyone else who were waiting for an hr or more.Tge phlebotomist who services me was very kind and patient.
Kenya, and her partner were beyond accommodating during my visit today. And although it was just the two of them, they managed the flow of patients while still providing excellent customer service! They both defined the word, "Teamwork!" I am so glad that I ignored the measley Google rating. These two ladies deserve all the praise and recognition for a job well done! Thank you!
