They really need to learn to talk to people they had my two year old in there cry pulling the needle in and out of his arm then going to get and attitude and get rude when I said enough
Tried to get a 5 panel drug screening for a new job. They only offer this service from 10 am- 2 pm M-F. How are people that have a job supposed to manage this? Arrive 3 mins past 2 and they can't bother to slap a sticker on a cup and show a client to the restroom.
One staff member on site? “We’re short staffed” is always the universal excuse… That’s not our problem. Do better!
They did not call me back until 30 minutes past my appointment time.
