Bri did an amazing job
I was hesitant to go back. Last time I used this location the phlebotomist was terrible. Rude, no bedside manner and wouldn’t listen when I told her I’m a hard draw. Tried three times and made me go to another location to wait over a hour tog et drawn. This time was the opposite experience! Great experience with the girls at Labcorp! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional and kind. The phlebotomists who drew my blood were amazing, gentle and very personable. You can tell the whole team genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in their work. It’s so nice to be greeted with smiles and kindness in a healthcare setting. Labcorp just bought out Incite, Went in last week simple blood draw pre surgery, I asked the gal what the tests are that were ordered? didn’t know She had to Google, Red flag 1, Next question how long has she been doing this? 4 months red flag 2, I told them I have needle issues and my veins in my right arm are harder to get.So first attempt in the left arm a fail, the good arm.
