I had no issues the last time that I went to this Labcorp location to get my blood drawn. This time, I had a few issues. I’m very patient and understanding until things become unfair and no one takes accountability for their actions. I RESERVED an appt for 8a and arrived at 750a. Front desk is horrible. Watch out and go elsewhere. After a rough appointment she made it worse at this place. Cold demeanor and I rarely give bad reviews. I am speechless at the poor manner in which she operates . Please beware
They need to do a better job with trainees. Got someone who obviously didn't know what they were doing. Poked both arms with very apparent veins and they couldn't get a draw. They got someone else and they were able to get it taken care of easily. Said trainee was poking at tendons. Never had this bad of a blood draw. Will be avoiding this place.
Front desk team is amazing! They are very welcoming and helpful. All the nurses are very kind too. Totally recommend this place!
I love coming to Labcorp to get my labs done. The lab technician was so nice and gentle while getting my blood. It’s crazy because I’m usually a hard draw so I was in shock and disbelief when I seen that the young lady got it! Whoohoo!!! Go Labcorp!!!
