I had an 11:15 AM appointment today, only to arrive and find out the lab closed at 11:00. Are you serious?! No phone call, no email, no text—just a handwritten note on the door saying the site is temporarily closed. I drove 40 minutes round trip for this, and not even a heads-up? This is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of patients’ time. If you’re going to close early, update your scheduling system and notify people in advance. Absolutely unacceptable.

Every LabCorp has extremely long wait times. You call their offices and never get an answer. It’s apparent they are extremely understaffed.

The check in process may be daunting to some, but it is pretty user friendly. I like that you can make an appointment and the girl there is good at her job. She was there by herself and by the time I left, the waiting room was full of people. I think she's doing a good job handling it all solo. Plus, she didn't hurt me or leave a bruise.

There is only one tech at this site. To me, a single tech post should have a professional one who can draws blood for any type patients. This is not the case, she has no confidence of taking blood of my 5.5 years old daughter. Too many excuses such as; I can try.. but, no one is holding her.. etc.. I offered to hold her and wanted to pursue since I didn’t want to go somewhere else. After standing for a while she asked me to make a payment. I do know 100% about how my insurance coverage.
