They are always so fast and friendly and I teally like their staff..theu are my best kept secret.
Walked all around the property trying to find this location. Terrible directions would be nice to know what building you are and where to enter the hospital to find your office. Tried calling and it is only automated super frustrating to waste time and money driving here and not even be able to figure out where the office even is through website or anything.
Smaller office, an appointment is absolutely necessary if you want a decent experience without a massive wait
Walked in, and the whole process was super fast! The tech did a great job, it was almost painless. Our only issue was that this location is hard to find. There are no signs! Google direstions took us to the Er door. So finally we Googled it, and one person online mentioned it was on the second floor in building 2! It was very frustrating trying to find this location.
This is a review on the system, not the people who were all courteous and helpful. The phlebotomist was excellent, no complaints- thank you. The review is for billing only - and reflects poorly on the system in general. Labcorp made a mistake and added an additional digit to my insurance account number. This resulted in my insurance denying the claim, I was able to identify the problem and called both my insurance and LabCorp to get them corrected.
