Everyone was extremely friendly and I had a great experience
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. Upon arrival for a scheduled appointment, the representative of LabCorp said the order from the doctor wasn't signed the correct way and made the patient feel it was the patient's fault. They provided no assistance in explaining the process of what to do next or assisting to resolve the problem. They chastened the patient as if it was the patient's fault and reduced the patient's worth. The lack of professionalism by the representative working at this LabCorp location was unbelievable. Fabulous customer service, the front desk check-in was absolutely smooth and the young phlebotomist who took care of me was super pleasant and so quick. Hardly felt the needle at all, essentially no visible bruise the next day. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment, and I was gone 10 minutes after my appointment.
I always come to this location for lab draws. Nicole is a genius with my tricky veins. She’s always pleasant and asks for updates how I’m doing. Sometimes a wait but it is worth it to get her!
i would give this location 0 stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment through their website and when I showed up for the appointment the office had closed early - no one from the office bothered to call or text me and let me know I needed to reschedule my appointment, they just closed the doors. What kind of business operates with such blatant disregard of their patients.
