I came for a blood draw for lab work. The technician drew two viles and sent me on my way. Then they called me to come back for another vile draw, which they missed. I returned. After two more failed pokes another technician came and poked me for the forth time and after fishing the needle around, got it into a vein. I have big full veins. I am well hydrated. Everyone was extremely friendly and I had a great experience
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. Upon arrival for a scheduled appointment, the representative of LabCorp said the order from the doctor wasn't signed the correct way and made the patient feel it was the patient's fault. They provided no assistance in explaining the process of what to do next or assisting to resolve the problem. They chastened the patient as if it was the patient's fault and reduced the patient's worth. The lack of professionalism by the representative working at this LabCorp location was unbelievable.
