The tech that drew my blood HURT me! Not sure what she was doing however it was like she was going in the wrong direction of the blood flow. If that makes sense? Stop going to this location-which was an inconvenience for me b/c my doctor is right next door.
If there is lower than one star I would go for it. I mean that for treating customers, wait time, and customer service. They cherish their unexpected breaks and forget about patients. More than 30 mins after check in, they come to tell me they do not have the kit for the blood work.
