I called to inquire info about a pre employment drug screen. They lady was very short and extremely rude about the info I was given after just asking for clarification. I ignored it. I asked when they closed and it was shown 12p on google for lunch. I then said ok great I can be there in 2 mins as im a couple blocks away. She got way more rude and made sure to tell me in a snotty attitude and tone they close in 30 mons for lunch (made call at 1112a) so they told me they will close early for lunch. I have gone to this location a few times. Each time the staff was friendly and did a good job.
I was out the door within 10 minutes of them opening. Very quick and professional.
Haven’t gotten results after a week and no one answers the phone after repeated attempts at various times of the day.
