Wonderful experience, in and out! Probably the best I’ve had at lab corp. It’s located on the 2nd floor of the university health building and was easy to find. The staff is so nice, and Rich my phlebotomist was great, it was fast and painless! (I’m scared of needles)
If you need a drug screen , DO NOT GO HERE! I showed up 45 minutes prior to closing at 5 and they said they could not run the test because “The computer shuts off”. They tell individuals to come anytime before 5, but when I showed up the lab representative said “oh they just say that and just tell your hiring employer to extend it out, they’ll understand”. Really?! So frustrating for the lack of care or concern.
I just want to let everyone know that my services experience from Valerie the laboratory is very good at her job with her 20year experience i recommend this place to everyone
I reached at 12:15 The lady shut the door saying it’s closed if you have to close early you have to mention your timing.. wasted two hours.. wonder how shameless this place owner is, don’t even check if their employees are working
