The older male employee behaved rudely and argued with me until I felt uneasy about completing blood work. I have shared my experience with Labcorp. Very troubling experience.
Great staff! Went out of their way to help me with my lab order when she didn't have to. Big help. Made my day!
Probably one of my easiest and quickest blood drawn ever ! Valerie made it a very pleasant experience (: didn’t even feel the needle go in 10/10. I always get told that my veins are difficult but she got it done fast and pain free. Only downside was a fair wait due to the amount of people who had made appointments I suppose at the same time but not a horrible wait time just a bit small in the office lol. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was difficult to communicate with and seemed to have an attitude whenever I asked a question. What was especially upsetting was the difference in how she treated people. She was very sweet and accommodating toward the white woman in the room, while she was noticeably rude and dismissive toward the brown people who were waiting.
