Checked in on my phone at 10:15 for my 10:30 appointment. Nobody came to the window until 10:45. I knocked on the window and the door... nothing. Find another location
I come here regularly for bloodwork for my PCP, and they are always very nice and expedient in getting me in/out. My notoriously difficult veins never pose an issue. The location is also excellent - no parking garages or large facilities to get turned around in.
While there was a little confusion getting the paperwork sorted out, I appreciate the staff's respect and professionalism! I still managed to get my labs done, and I barely felt the needle as nervous as I was. I'm relieved there's a location convenient for me that does such a nice job.
