Apparently the staff at this location chooses their own hours. Just had to come in, with an order, and have my blood drawn. I knocked and waited. Nobody came. Ridiculous!
They actually close at 4pm. The deadbolt was locked and there were other people standing and knocking on the door when I arrived. Online and the automated phone service states they close at 5pm. The window to the suite states they close at 4:30pm. The lady with the blue scrubs, black fleece zip up, half up half down box braids butt length said they close at 4pm and then turned around and we all heard her say "I'm going home". This is horrible, gas and time wasted.
HVAC right above humming and vibrating the room and then was turned away with valid orders with no recourse and commercial PPO insurance. Faxed in orders in advance with insurance card and called multiple times before coming in. No response or returned calls.

Arrived at 4:49. Closing time is 5pm. Normal hours today. They are already locked up.
