Don’t waste your time , go to a different location . This place is very bad not only customer service wise but as well as professionally . I got to my appointment on time and they did now take me till 30 minutes after , I had to remind them I was this still waiting on them to begin . That alone really did not bother me until I found out they lost my paperwork to my blood test , like really so I have to go to a different location and do it again. Overall disappointed .
I had a great experience at Labcorp. I felt welcomed right away, and the entire staff was polite, respectful, friendly, and very helpful. They made the process smooth and comfortable. I really appreciate the excellent service!
What are the actual hours of this office? My son had his appointment at 8:30 a.m. and we left at 9:00 a.m. and no one from the office ever showed up. It's really a waste of time to make an appointment that they don't honor.
Scheduled an appointment online for 9am. Showed up at 8:45 to people walking out, one of whom warned me that if I’m there for Lab Corp, they pulled a no show. They tried calling a number and they said they would send someone but they waited half an hour. Posted hours say opens at 8:00 AM. After reading the reviews it seems like a recurring problem for this location. Pretty bad.
