I had a great experience at Labcorp. I felt welcomed right away, and the entire staff was polite, respectful, friendly, and very helpful. They made the process smooth and comfortable. I really appreciate the excellent service!
What are the actual hours of this office? My son had his appointment at 8:30 a.m. and we left at 9:00 a.m. and no one from the office ever showed up. It's really a waste of time to make an appointment that they don't honor.
Scheduled an appointment online for 9am. Showed up at 8:45 to people walking out, one of whom warned me that if I’m there for Lab Corp, they pulled a no show. They tried calling a number and they said they would send someone but they waited half an hour. Posted hours say opens at 8:00 AM. After reading the reviews it seems like a recurring problem for this location. Pretty bad.
I had an appointment for a drug screen. I got there 10 minutes early and the appointment ran about 10 minutes late, but I took off enough time to account for a bit of delay, so it wasn't a big deal. The staff was very attentive, communicative, professional and friendly! I was in and out within an hour and 15 minutes.
