i wish 0 stars was an option. went here in February to get titers done for phlebotomy school myself, and we came at 10 am, and the door was locked but there was a worker inside. she opened the door and then locked it again and locked it while i was inside and left someone outside. waited over an hour while there was only 1 person ahead, and took even longer to process the orders from my doctor. the phlebotomist (not sure of her name) told me that she couldn’t perform an MMR titer and i would need to go to the hospital for a ... read more
Nice people. Keep appointment times. Take appointments before walk-ins. Last time I had blood taken i didn't even know the I had been stuck. Young lady was very, very gentle.
Staff Always friendly
I had an appointment for 7:30. I arrived at 7:10. They were closed.
They lost my sample then lied about it! I wish I could give 0 stars. I did a Litholink home test (a LabCorp company). I was told by my doctor that I could drop the test off directly at my local lab. When I went to drop it off they said they do not take them. They then offered to send it out for me as a courtesy. I noticed after a few days they didn’t send it.
