I had an appointment for 7:30. I arrived at 7:10. They were closed.
They lost my sample then lied about it! I wish I could give 0 stars. I did a Litholink home test (a LabCorp company). I was told by my doctor that I could drop the test off directly at my local lab. When I went to drop it off they said they do not take them. They then offered to send it out for me as a courtesy. I noticed after a few days they didn’t send it. Totally professional place of business.
We always have such a great experience at this LabCorp. It's convenient and the employees are always so kind and helpful. You can get in and out with an appointment but even without an appointment doesn't take too long. Highly recommend.
Great experience the girl at the front desk was new but she was patient and so was I so with the help of the person who draws the blood, we figured things out. She and the person who draw the blood we’re both very friendly. I didn’t even feel the needle and I was in and out in about 15 minutes without issue.
