In and out super quick. Two staff on duty, parking lot mostly empty. Super nice.
The lady who works here is extremely unprofessional no patient care and refuses services to patients for absolutely no reason forget it if she's alone just go somewhere else
So I just had an unpleasant experience. I asked the tech to please use a butterfly needle and she refused stating that straight and butterfly were the same thing. I said to her that it was my preference and she said I was being psychosomatic. You should be able to accommodate my request regardless of whatever you feel is best for me and besides you don't call anyone names. Totally unprofessional! After leaving my Dr office in Middletown, I searched for a lapcorp or Quest nearest my location to get my labs done. I went into this location and was rudely greeted, after being ignored for 5 minutes, and asked “do you have an appointment” and I said No, it says online that you do not need one. And I then politely asked, can I schedule an appointment with you now? And she replied with just the words “no” and turned away completely ignoring me. I’d leave zero stars but that’s not a. Option. Currently sitting in their parking lot, got here at 11:40am, sign and website says they close at 12pm and the door is locked. Not impressed.
