Why do they not answer the phone ? I have a blood test needed to be taken and I have a quick question do I need to fast or not. Jezzzzz Hire a person to answer the phones for these questions. Really. No im not making an appt on the internet. My shit is private.
This place is one of the most poorly run businesses I've ever seen. Two technicians working and they had to both check in patients and draw their blood. We made an appointment online for 9:00 am and received a confirmation email. We checked in at 8:50 am and waited. At 9:20 I asked if we were in fact checked in and was told they were too busy to check. Finally I went back to the desk at 9:35 and they had it down as a walk-in. Seriously? Im Mike F Miller and I recieved Mike P Millers bloodwork because we have the same date of birth, i know this because i had to pay his over due bill on two seperate occasions and labcorp sent the money back (THEY KNOW) and did nothing about it. .MY DR RAISED MY MEDS AND ADDED A SHOT .and now look at my bloodwork. This is very dangerous and has affected my health significantly.
