I normally walked in for blood draws but this clinic is just ridiculously slow and unfriendly. Will not come back in future.
The front desk staff are rude and extremely impatient. The wait time for the walk-ins is ridiculously long. The actual blood draw is quick. The facility is always packed and the rude and nonchalant attitude of the receptionist is the biggest trouble, I guess business owner/management doesn’t care as there is no competition nearby.
Thay are fast and very nice.
Great experience with a blood draw for my 5 year old son. He said it didn't hurt at all. Teresa was the tech and did an amazing job. They took 7 tubes of blood and he was perfectly fine throughout. We made sure to have him drink lots of water beforehand and use some numbing cream an hour in advance (4% lidocaine over-the-counter). My son was so happy and relieved afterward!
