There was only one person working when I went in, she was working the front desk and drawing blood. People were being so mean to her (why do I have to use the kiosk to check in - why can't you do it for me, why do I have to wait I have things to do, what do you mean you need to take a lunch break I'm in a hurry) and she was so kind and professional in spite of it all. When it came time to take my blood she quickly found a vein (and sometimes people have a lot of trouble with my veins and I get poked multiple times). That poo... read more
