Misleading… this is not a lab! This is a drawing station only. Everything has to be shipped out of town to an actual lab. Results may take days or even a week. Would have gone to an actual lab if we had known this. Thanks for putting my kidney and pancreas transplant at risk with your claims of being an actual lab. You fooled me and my health team with your false claims of being a lab.
There was only one person working when I went in, she was working the front desk and drawing blood. People were being so mean to her (why do I have to use the kiosk to check in - why can't you do it for me, why do I have to wait I have things to do, what do you mean you need to take a lunch break I'm in a hurry) and she was so kind and professional in spite of it all. When it came time to take my blood she quickly found a vein (and sometimes people have a lot of trouble with my veins and I get poked multiple times). That poo... read more
