Take the time to make an appointment online and you won’t have any issues getting in and out. Staff was friendly and took great care of my 1 year old
Not a good location. No heat, its freezing in the waiting room probably 50 degrees in January. I signed in and sat for 1 hour before they told me they don't have an order for me. This place really needs an office manager or someone that knows how to run an appointment based office.
I always make an appointment to make sure I get the service I desire. I'm able to check in with my phone and I ensure I bring a copy of my orders so there aren't any issues getting my lab work completed. The staff is friendly and efficient. I'm normally in and out within 30 minutes and I have unique medical issues so I have routine lab work and complex tests that are ordered in addition to other lab work. I waited for over an hour for routine bloodwork. Then, guess what? They lost my blood sample!! The portal says they couldn’t find my data. I should have known something was up when I went to get blood test done for two things but they took 4 vials of blood!! Would never come back to this location.
