Terrible experience, the customer service is awful. I went to get some tests done for my job and they only did one of them. When I went back to ask about it, all they said was that I could come back and take them again. They wasted my time and didn't even apologize. I almost lost my job because of this. Don't go there.
They are always understaffed on purpose. 1 person should not be doing the job of 2. The woman was doing all the clerical work and seeing all the patients at the same time. She was rude, short tempered, and over worked. I really dont blame her, I would be too. Also theres over a month of appointments booked out BECAUSE they are understaffed. I had to wait 75 minutes just to get a urine test done. Just shameful and pathetic. This is not how you run a business.
Don’t even bother coming here. The staff is rude to EVERYONE. Very short, and very unwelcoming. Not pleasant at all. Do yourself a favor and go to Quest.
