I had an appointment for 10:30am although I needed to get to work ASAP. So I went as soon as they opened. I was 3rd in line. But it found my appointment for 10:30 and everyone who came in bumped me. In 10 minutes I was number 11. It gets worst. Their internet was down and it took the only employee over one hour to get to the first patient. I called labcorp at Walgreens on 43 and Manatee, and after multiple tries to reach a person, to see if there was a line, I got through. I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent care I received during my glucose tolerance test. As a pregnant woman, this type of exam can be long and uncomfortable, especially since it lasts several hours and requires multiple blood draws. It was my first time taking this test, and I was a bit nervous because my veins are usually difficult to find. However, the nurse Scott did an outstanding job. I came here for my glucose tolerance test and the employee "scott" was very intentive. I initially came in on 4/14 with raging roar because the labcorp app had made a mistake. He took to me the back vent and to see what were the options we had... he said be here by 7a 4/15, ill have you done by 10:10 and he didnt disappoint. He truly imbodies customer service with kindness, patience and understanding. Thank you SCOTT!!!
