Tayuana and Scott were awesome although they seem a little stressed out. They both have amazing suggestions that would help make their day flow more smoothly. Labcop should pay attention to their employees suggestions to see what can help the staff and patients have a better overall. Those two know what their doing and do the best they can with the system that is set in place.
