I get labs drawn somewhat regularly and the past two times I’ve visited LabCorp @ Monroe Providence, I had the best experience. In what could otherwise be a mundane or even stressful environment, the staff are so kind, personable, and also hilarious. The world desperately needs more joy and playfulness. It turned out that the lab was not busy at all. I was able to take the tests I needed calmly and without any stress. The staff were friendly and professional. I’m glad I found such a quiet place, and I hope you will have the same positive experience that I did.
I went in today to have my lab work done. My doctor faxed the lab order in earlier in the week. I took the whole afternoon off work to get this done. When they call me name the lady yells at me that their fax is down and I stated I could email them the lab order as I had it on my phone. The lady yells at me again that the fax and email are the same line like I would know that. I explained that I was supposed to have my labs done by today.
