Terrible experience today. Waited so long and wasn't even in line to be taken care of I had no choice but to leave. And because of not being able to wait for who knows how much longer I have had to cancel a very important renal appointment! I sat over an hour and 20 minutes i wasn't even close to be taken care of. Awful and stressful visit for nothing.
Had to go to the office in the Commons last week. It was very crowded that morning. The receptionist was handling it with calmness. There were two other phlebotomists. Luckily I was called back by Vilma. What a kind and personable lady. I hardly felt anything as she did my bloodwork. I highly recommend her and I hope she is there the next time I need labwork.
Kind staff and very clean and organized operation.
