Excellent had appointment 02/11/25 at 12:30 very professional. Was greeted with smile. Reception was very professional. They took me did the blood work excellent. Thank you. Very clean environmental. Thank you!
The offices phone is on silent and behind the computer monitor. No one answers any phone calls. I spoke to the rep at the counter and all she could say is they are very busy, there is only 2 phlebotomists, and they answer when they can, which would be impossible if their phone is on silent and their radio is turned up. I gave her the solution to turn up the ringer and she just apologized and said they are only 2 staff and very busy. Not having your phone ringer on is terrible customer service.
Fast, clean and efficient service. Staff is focused and diligent. Lab has multiple rooms for blood draw. Rooms are clean, well lit and well organized. Appointments are recommended for faster service. Not sure if there's parking available in the building? But parking is available on the side street outside the lab location.
