We had to wait a while in the very dirty waiting room. We were called back and were seen by Marlene. She was extremely rude from the start. My daughter, 6, was scared and started to kick and Marlene started freaking out and said she can't help us and we needed to leave. (Never kicked the lady by the way) My husband tried saying she was a scared 6 year old and she yelled that we had to leave and was cutting my husband off from speaking. My 15yr old needed a full workup. The staff made her laugh and relax so it was a quick process. Thank you! Even without an appointment, we were in and out in 20mins.
I went in today for blood work. The staff was great! Very competent. We went an hour before they closed.
