Absolutely unacceptable. LabCorp needs to do better. My experience at this LabCorp location was so poor that I feel patients need to know what they may be walking into. I had a scheduled appointment and sat in the waiting room for approximately 45 minutes before I finally approached the front desk to ask a completely reasonable question: How much longer am I going to be waiting, and how many people are ahead of me? Everyone is extremely kind patient and helpful especially when it comes to paperwork. As others have said. Make an appt ahead of time. When you do it that way, you'll get a notification for early check in so you're not standing waiting for a kiosk. You can also wait in the car and will text a msg to come inside. Lots of benefits with online appt sign-up. My 4 stars was with one woman at the front that was completely the opposite of the others. Compassion and understanding isn't her strong suit.
Connie @ Colonial Internal Medicine was my Lab tech on Wed 8/19. She did a great job drawing the samples and made it painless. She's kind, considerate and customer friendly with great efficiency. Thx Connie!
Connie, the float phlebotomist was amazing! Kind, compassionate, and gentle! She explained everything thoroughly as well.
