I see two months ago people complaining this place was understaffed , it still is , I have been here for an hour and people have been here since 1030 am right now it is 1200 pm .
Long wait. Rude employees. Lack of respect to appointment time. Stay away
Phlebotomist was great but the front desk lady was rude. Very understaffed.
Poor patient service, closed earlier than their posted hours (actually locked the door as I was walking up to it), do not recommend.
Arrived at 12:15 for 12:30 appointment. After an hour of waiting, I left. I wish respecting customers time went both ways. I suppose not. I recommend skipping this place if you value your time.
