Literally the worst company you could ever deal with. They have absolutely no organization. The receptionist looks like she doesn’t even want to be there. She doesn’t answer your questions or try to help you—she just tells you to sit down. My appointment was at 7:15 a.m. It’s now 8:15 a.m., and I still haven’t been seen. Meanwhile, people who arrived after me are being called without any issue. They really need to reconsider who they hire. It was an absolutely terrible experience.
This place is horrible. It took 20 minutes just for someone to come to the window. Didn’t greet me or anything told me I needed to check in. I had an appointment for finger printing. After waiting for me to check in she tells me their finger printing machine is down. What a waste of time and brain cells.
