Poor patient service, closed earlier than their posted hours (actually locked the door as I was walking up to it), do not recommend.
Arrived at 12:15 for 12:30 appointment. After an hour of waiting, I left. I wish respecting customers time went both ways. I suppose not. I recommend skipping this place if you value your time.
I've spent 4 hours this week waiting for a drug screening and they skipped right over me. This place is terrible
The staff were polite and doing their best, but also incredibly understaffed and and understocked. I waited 2 hours, and they did not have the appropriate needles, nor have my lab order correct. I was told they only had the largest ones needles in stock. My veins roll and I requested a butterfly which works great for this. My phlebotomist was super sympathetic, and did her best but couldn't get blood because if theneedle size. I am now bruised and in pain.. when she couldn't get all the blood required, she went to the front ... read more
Appointment was at 11:45 Got there at 11:30 Sat there for an hour and wasn’t even called up to give them my orders let alone get seen. Walked out around 12:30.
