Slow and disorganized
Walked right in without an appointment and did the self check-in. They called my name in 5 minutes. 5 STARS! Funny thing is this entitled white woman, let’s call her Karen, got up and walked to the counter started complaining “I WAS HERE BEFORE HIM AND PERSON BEFORE HIM!”, but she never checked in. Karen stormed out LOL Online appointments don’t matter. YOU STILL HAVE TO SELF CHECK-IN ON THE KIOSK MACHINE TO LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE HERE!
Quick work, clean place, patient staff. Fatima the phlebotomist was kind and efficient, got the vein the first time. Excellent
I've been to this location twice and staff was welcoming and I was in and out. Make sure to make an appointment if ur in a rush. Walkins are welcome as well.
