Terrible, horrible, absolutely unacceptable! Never go to this place. The staff showed no compassion whatsoever and seemed to have no interest in doing their jobs. I was referred there to take my 1-year-old daughter for a blood test requested by her pediatrician. They only attempted to draw her blood once, making several needle punctures, and then simply told us to come back another day. They made no real effort to complete the test or do their job. The complete lack of empathy was heartbreaking.
Really impressed with this location. Have used other locations and companies and had to wait for hours. My wife and I walked in with no appointment and were seen within 10-15 minutes. They filed through lots of patients very efficiently.
I am very anxious about blood work and pass out pretty much every time. This location was great. I asked to lay down and the person who took my blood did a great job, it was all over in less than a minute.
Wonderful experience! Couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Especially nurse Sam!
