After having 2 horrible experiences in Schenectady, I was so grateful for Diane. She was so sweet, kind and caring. There are people who go to work for a paycheck and then there are people like Diane who genuinely care. She made getting lab work very easy and painless.
Went today w my 4YO for his bloodwork- the phlebotomist was the only one working and was AMAZING & KIND. While I’m sure she was stressed- she didn’t let us know it! Definitely recommend!! My son also didn’t even cry & she got the needle in first try which is so big in my book as a mom!
Staff were so friendly and very quick. I am not great with needles and voiced my concern and they did amazing keeping me talking and distracting. Not for nothing, but they distracted me by talking about the blood draw!! So skilled. I didn't even feel it either!! In in out in about 20 - 30 minutes! The facility is clean and comfortable. 100% would come here again should I ever need too!
