If I could rate this lower I would. Overly crowded waiting area,many left standing. Arrived 10 min before my visit and used self check in express. Waited 50 min to be called. The lady that did the bloodwork did a fair job, initially was painless, however when she tore the needle out of my arm it hurt and left a hematoma. I Really hate going to LabCorp.
I have a mixed experience with this facility. Some of the staff are great. Some, not so much. My first visit was a total hassle. The receptionist was nasty, condescending, and insisted I had no appointment (oh, yes I did) and that furthermore I was not even in their computer system and so there was NO WAY I could have even scheduled an appointment she INSISTED. I had my lab work done over two weeks ago and still have not received my results. I've requested my results twice through their terrible website, and yet there's been no communication, no updates, and no explanation for the delay. For a company that people rely on for important health information, this kind of incompetence is inexcusable. I expected far better from a major lab provider. I would not recommend this LabCorp based on this experience and will be looking for alternatives in the future.
It always helps to make an appointment but they definitely take walk-ins. You don't have to wait that long and they have several experienced and friendly phlebotomist to draw your blood which makes it a pain free visit. I highly recommend using them 👍🏼
My daughter had her blood drawn here and our phlebotomist Vanessa was incredible! She maintained very clean technique for the entire procedure, was very gentle and reassuring, and was able to get blood on the first poke! Highly recommend coming here if you need lab work done!
