Very disappointing experience at Labcorp in Yorba Linda on October 2, at 7:30 am. The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting where patients may already be anxious or not feeling well. Drawned 9viles of blood but I don't feel much pain.
I love the fact that you don't need an appointment at this LabCorp. It may take a little longer, but just bring ear buds and listen to comedy or music, or even watch a show on your phone. Time passes quickly.
